You can request an exchange or refund for frames and sunglasses within 7 days of receiving your package.
Condition Requirements
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, accompanied by all tags, cases, and proof of purchase.
Excluded Items from Refund:
- Custom Prescription Lenses: Custom-tailored prescription lenses cannot be refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or prescription mismatch.
- Opened Contact Lens Boxes: Contact lens boxes once the outer hygiene seal has been breached, for health and safety reasons.
Simple Return Process Steps:
- Contact customer support via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
- Receive a prepaid return shipping label and drop off the package at the nearest courier center.
- Upon inspection, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
